The artist and the fourth dimension

In this presentation Prof Duffey starts off by explaining the three dimensions we are familiar with and then looks at the representation of a fourth dimension, which encouraged modernist artists in the 20th century to move away from the Renaissance one-point perspective system based on Euclidean geometry that for centuries had portrayed the world as three-dimensional. He uses artworks by Picasso, Malevich, Dali and Duchamp to show how their interest in the fourth dimension influenced their artworks.
