Andre Naude (1950 - 2023)

André Naudé, celebrated artist and loyal member of this association, suddenly passed away in January.  To celebrate his life and honour him, a selection of his work were exhibited in the North Gallery.
 
‘With his keen sense of line and form and recognised as one of South Africa’s foremost colourists, André created a world which, at first glance, lured and seduced the viewer into his world of exuberant line, form and the endless possibilities of colour,’ Dr Eunice Basson said at his memorial service.
