An exhibition of paintings by Danielle Malherbe
16 October 2015 to 4 November 2015
Danielle Malherbe is not an artist who simply produces works with a direct visual impact but confronts the viewer with some very real sentiments.
In this exhibition she depicts empty swimming pools without bathers and children, to suggest destitution and loss. Some of her images show wriggling snakes, phantasmagoria of a lost paradise. Danielle’s works are for those art lovers who are in search for deeper meanings beneath the surface of pretty pictures.
